Blue Sky Towers announces increase in Equity and Debt Commitment by Peppertree Capital Management to $320 Million
BOSTON, Massachusetts. February 1, 2021 – Peppertree Capital Management and the management of Blue Sky Towers, LLC are pleased to announce that Peppertree and their affiliates have increased their funding commitment to Blue Sky Towers from $120 million to $320 million.
Blue Sky Towers, LLC (“Blue Sky”) was formed in 2014 to acquire, develop, and manage wireless infrastructure throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Led by Jim Rech, President & CEO, Blue Sky has deployed over $120 million of capital in the sector over the past few years. Due to Blue Sky’s success in executing on its business plan, Peppertree is now increasing Blue Sky’s funding by $200 million.
